I had the pleasure of living in this house during my exchange semester in Ferrara, and I can truly recommend it. The house itself is very beautiful – it is an old, spacious building with a wonderful large kitchen, perfect for spending time together with the other tenants and cooking meals together. The garden is also very big, always well maintained, and a lovely place to relax or even study in peace.
The cleaning lady does an excellent job keeping the house spotless, and I was always very satisfied with the level of cleanliness. The landlord is also very kind and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Another big advantage is that the house is not far from the city center, so it is easy to reach everything by bike or on foot. Having a private parking space is also a great plus.
Overall, I felt very comfortable and at home here, and I can only recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice and welcoming accommodation in Ferrara.
